With a "money-grabbing, tax-happy government" and "militant Lefties trying to destabilise the country" it's a wonder we were able to put a paper out at all this week.
But it has made for a busy time on the emails and blogs.
Reader Graham Hobbins was among several people who felt compelled to comment on our story about Leamington and Warwick MP James Plaskitt and the end of the 10p tax rate.
With a cosy junior minister's seat at the Department of Work and Pensions, Mr Plaskitt told this paper the change was "absolutely the right thing to do".
