SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Del Monte Foods Company today announced that its Board of Directors has established an Office of the Chairman, and named Brian Haycox and Paul Mullan, both well-regarded consumer product executives, as co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers of the company. Messrs. Haycox and Mullan succeed former president and chief executive officer Robert D'Ornellas, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
