ATLANTA, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Holiday Inn Worldwide is continuing to expand at a rapid pace, opening more than 50 hotels worldwide in the first quarter of this fiscal year, the company announced today.
"We're right on target with our goal of opening more than 200 hotels by the end of the year," said Craig Hunt, executive vice president - worldwide franchising, adding that there has been growth in all Holiday Inn product extensions.
"We've been opening hotels around the world -- from a Holiday Inn Express in Brentwood, California, to a Holiday Inn Select in Santa Fe de Bogota, Colombia, to a Holiday Inn hotel located in Lahore, Pakistan," he noted.
