CHICAGO, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company (NYSE: DNY) has elected Steven J. Baumgartner, 44, executive vice president and sector president of a newly formed Global Commercial Print Sector. Baumgartner is now responsible for the company's commercial printing operations outside North America, as well as corporate communication and human resources. He previously served as executive vice president, responsible for, among other things, R.R. Donnelley's strategy and corporate planning functions. He joined the company in 1993 from Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in Paris.
