Had you thought much about sustainability prior to attending the GreenHome workshops?
"We had started doing a few things before the workshops, particularly to reduce our water consumption. We were already capturing the shower water to flush the toilet or start the filling process with our old top loader washing machine. We have always tried to keep our showers short and we had installed a more efficient shower head. I generally shower only once every two days. We also installed compact fluorescent globes. I'm vegetarian and my husband's a vegaquarian."
What did you learn from the GreenHome workshops that were of particular interest to you?
