Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) (HKG: 1398) (SS: 601398), the world's biggest bank by market value, has confirmed that it is negotiating to buy a stake in Thailand's ACL Bank Pcl (BAN: ACL), Bloomberg News has reported.
