CORVALLIS - An eight-foot wide, three-dimensional "Beavers" sign hangs on the main wall in Craig Robinson's new office at Gill Coliseum, a leftover fixture from the room's previous tenant.
The interior arrangement Robinson inherited isn't quite his style: The sign is too big, the built-in shelves are too prominent and the executive desk is, in his words, "officious."
Still, just 10 days into his new job as the Oregon State basketball coach, Robinson isn't much concerned with the layout of his work space. The grandiose decor, however, just might reflect the magnitude of the rebuilding task before him.
