BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1995--dick clark productions inc. (NASDAQ:DCPI) will produce ``Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve '96'' live on ABC on Dec. 31, 1995, from 11:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern and Pacific Time.
Dick Clark will host the show and the traditional ``countdown to midnight'' from Times Square in New York. This marks the 24th consecutive year for the show with Clark as host.
Musical segments of the show will emanate from Hollywood featuring ``Baywatch'' star Yasmine Bleeth and ``Beverly Hills, 90210'' star Jamie Walters introducing top recording artists Brandy, Goo Goo Dolls, Kool & the Gang, Martin Page and The Rembrandts.
