GREENSBORO, N.C., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Kayser-Roth Corporation announced today that Martin Ricoy, deputy chairman of Kayser-Roth Corporation USA, has been named president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. He replaces Gary Malloch, who has resigned.
