Java licensee Symantec Corp. has released the first Java development environment for Windows 95 and NT, code named "Espresso." Symantec describes Espresso as a "fully integrated development environment which seamlessly integrates Sun's Java Development Kit (JDK) for the creation of Java applets for Internet web pages." Espresso provides Java developers with class and project management capabilities within a graphical development environment.
Features include:
* ProjectExpress, a Wizard-like tool that allows developers to quickly create a project around a set of Java sources.
* Class Browser, allows developers to browse the Java sources as well as ...
