Mark Foley, president and chief operating officer of Entropic Communications Inc., has left the company "to pursue other interests," the company said Jan. 14.

Foley was president of RF Magic, which was acquired by Entropic in June. Entropic said Patrick Henry, current chairman and CEO, assumes Foley's duties.
