In response to Bill Knowlton's April 15 letter about the possibility of local FM radio stations offering talk shows:
Some may remember that WCNY-FM presented the late Chuck Tornell's local evening show, "Night Talk," in the late '70s. This Monday-through-Friday, two-hour program was broadcast in living stereo from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. and sounded great.
Having been a guest on his show twice before its untimely cancellation (which infuriated loyal listeners), I can say that talk radio sounds great in FM, particularly if a suitable ...
