Q My wife and I both have separate health insurance through our employers. My employer pays my premium in full, but there is a $1,000 deductible. My wife's employer offers better insurance.
We are thinking of me going on her policy. I am considering asking my employer to pay me something toward this insurance. I think it would be a win-win situation for both my employer and us. We both would have less cost involved. Is there an advantage for my employer to do this?
