Madison County is inviting its neighbors to come on over for a visit.
Madison County Tourism Inc. has launched a $50,000 ad campaign aimed at Central New Yorkers.
"We're trying to get the word out about a gem that's just a few miles down the road," said Joan Johnson, president of the tourism agency board. "Sometimes when you live in an area, you don't take the time to visit area museums and things like that."
