Don imus may have a job, but he's not exactly setting the world on fire.
The latest iteration of Imus in the Morning, which debuted on WABC-AM in December, ranked No. 20 among persons aged 25 to 54 in Arbitron's winter survey, which covers Jan. 10 to April 2.
The show's 1.5 share of that audience was a 17% drop from last year, when Curtis & Kuby held the slot and were tied for 18th place in the demographic. Among men aged 25 to 54, Mr. Imus' show was No. 18--down from No. 16 a year ago--with a 2.2 share, 8% lower than Curtis & Kuby's.
Mr. Imus is also trailing his own numbers from last year, when he was heard on all-sports WFAN-AM. The ...
