WENDY ALEXANDER has no chance of surviving as Scottish Labour leader,party insiders said last night.
Miss Alexander has defied Gordon Brown by sticking to her demands for a snapreferendum on independence.
And she has backed Labour into a corner by committing the party to supportingthe SNP's referendum Bill when it is brought to Holyrood in 2010.
Miss Alexander was given the full public backing of Labour MSPs earlier thisweek after she met them to explain her extraordinary policy U-turn..
