Teachers play many roles in the instructional process - decision maker, organizer, manager, expert, facilitator, monitor, and evaluator - and different teachers assume different roles depending. on what methods of feedback they use. Teachers, decisions on what type of feedback should be given and who should deliver it are especially important to a student's initial skill development.
