Sprint All-Star Charity Golf Classic Tees Off for Charity on May 19
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. -- Sprint (NYSE:S) again will play host to corporate leaders from Fortune 50 companies Monday, May 19 for the Sprint All-Star Charity Golf Classic to raise funds for the American Red Cross and the Victory Junction Gang Camp.
In 2007, the event raised more than $646,000 for the two charities. Sprint hopes to exceed the mark set by last year's event, which for 2008 has moved to one of the world's most renowned golf courses, Pinehurst.
