Ernal Nienaber began her career at Maple Grove, Minn.-based Pako Corp. (renamed Pakor Inc. in 1988) as a 3-month temporary worker in 1956, and stayed for more than 51 years.
"I didn't plan to stay with the company for 51 years; but the ongoing growth process was very exciting and time got away from me," she explains.
Says Pakor President Thomas Nicoski, "Ernal was the heart and soul of Pakor, and it has been a pleasure to work with her." Nienaber is also celebrating her 51st wedding anniversary this year.
