The Ocean County (NJ) Board of Social Services has moved its southern satellite office into a newly constructed building at 333 Haywood Road that is part of Stafford Business Park. The new 19,500-s/f building was constructed by the Waiters Group (in partnership with Len Anderson--Andwin Development). The Waiters Group is the developer of the 370-acre mixed-use redevelopment rising on the site of a former landfill within the New Jersey Pinelands Growth Area.
