LOS ANGELES -- Dick Clark Productions, Inc. and the Academy of Country Music today announced that they have entered into an extended exclusive partnership agreement to develop and produce programming to meet the growing demand for country music related content.
The announcement comes on the eve of the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, which will be produced by Dick Clark Productions for an unprecedented 29th time. The Awards, a cornerstone of the Dick Clark Productions and Academy of Country Music collaboration, will be broadcast LIVE from Las Vegas on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at 8:00 PM live ET/tape delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.
