Alibaba.com partners with Intel to launch special PC for SMEs

Shanghai. May 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's largest online business-to- business (B2B) platform, Alibaba.com, announced today that it has partnered with Intel to work on a PC aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) wishing to use Alibaba's B2B service.

"We plan to launch the service as there are still many enterprises that find it a challenge to start trading online, even though Alibaba has established an online platform for them," Liao Chunmei, a PR officer for Alibaba.com, told Interfax.
