ABSTRACT
The objective of the present study is to further advance the understanding of the role of learning orientation for successful performance through the new product development and technological turbulence as a moderator, in the context of Thai manufacturing firms. Through field research accompanied by a review of the related literature, this study identifies learning orientation and new product development that are important to successful performance.
