Preston City Council have promised education before enforcement in a bid to stamp out dog fouling in the city.
Their latest campaign will see dog wardens and park rangers handing out dog bags and treats to dog owners with bags, and giving out the bags and a warning to those that don't carry them in parks across the city over the next two weeks.
