If timeshares work for vacation homes, why not for the recreational vehicles often used there?
That's the theory behind East Wenatchee's Full Throttle Recreation Club, whose members pay monthly dues to use whatever vehicles they want whenever they want--from boats and personal watercraft to motorcycles, dirt bikes and snow machines.
Owner Nick Warner and Manager Jeff Mortensen opened Full Throttle in April at Highline Drive and Second Street in East Wenatchee.
