The Comptroller Training Flight at Keelser AFB is in the midst of transforming from a Schoolhouse into the FM Learning Center, with the goal of providing world-class knowledge in a world-class setting. This was the theme of the roll out event, which took place on 29 October, 2007 with keynote speaker Mr. John G. Vonglis, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Financial Management). The event introduced the heavily revised Basic Financial Management Officer Course (BFMOC) and Financial Management Staff Officer Course (FMSOC) curricula and opened the newly renovated officer course hallway. The event highlighted the FM Learning Center's continuing evolution.
