Adventures on the First Fleet of an American Sailor.

There is quite a collection of original Journals and accounts of the Voyage of the First Fleet which came to New South Wales in 1788 to establish the first colony in Australia. Most of these have been published and they were usually written by the Naval Officers and Officers of the Marines although two are by 'other ranks', one a Marine sergeant James Scott and the other by John Easty a Marine private. There have been no accounts of the voyage by any of the seamen on board the HMS Sirius or the Armed Tender Supply or any of the transports until recently when a manuscript was discovered in the United States. Let me tell you the story.
