THIS YEAR IS SHAPING UP TO BE A TIME of |change for Arkadelphia s Summit Bancorp Inc. The $910 million-asset bank holding company is on the prowl for acquisitions in Arkansas as well as northeast Texas, west Tennessee and southwest Missouri.
