CHANGE WOMEN'S LIVES, CHANGE THE EPIDEMIC. The face of HIV/AIDS in America has gotten browner, younger, and more female. Rates of infection have diminished among some populations of those at greatest risk--such as men who have sex with men--but for others, particularly for young African American/Black men who have sex with men, and African American/Black women who have sex with men, HIV/AIDS rates continue to climb.
