NEW DELHI, May 14, 2008 (IPS/GIN) -- The foreign ministers of India, Brazil and South Africa met in Cape Town on Monday to push forward a unique initiative in South-South economic cooperation.
At the same time a gathering of hard-nosed corporate captains from the three countries discussed the absence of adequate transportation facilities among their countries.
