ATLANTA, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Holiday Inn Worldwide is placing quality on the forefront of its agenda, the company announced today.
"Guests have a right to expect a certain level of quality, value and service when staying at a hotel and we have a responsibility to deliver," said Craig Hunt, executive vice president - worldwide franchising. Holiday Inn Worldwide plans to increase quality levels throughout its hotels with three initiatives: a Combined Quality Index, a Modernization initiative, and Holiday Inn OnLine.
