BALTIMORE, Md.--(HealthWire)--December 21, 1995--Allan Silber, Chairman of Capstone Pharmacy Services, Inc. (Nasdaq National Market: DOSE (common stock), DOSEW (warrants) ("Capstone") today announced that the Company has completed the acquisition of Geri-Care Systems, Inc.
Geri-Care, is a Brooklyn, New York-based, provider of institutional pharmacy services to 35 nursing homes representing 6,800 patient beds in the New York Metropolitan area. It operates profitability with an annual revenue run rate of approximately $7.2 million.
