The rigorous, multi-phase selection process was tasked by Northrop Grumman Corporation -- Grumman Data Systems and Services Division under the D/SIDDOMS Lot Two Program, Prime Contract No. DAS W0195-D-0011 issued by the Department of Defense/Department of Health Affairs.
