DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 20, 1995--Golf Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:GLFE), a leading national golf course management company, today announced it has purchased the leasehold interest and other assets used in connection with the operation of two existing golf courses located at the Lely Resort and Country Club in Naples, Florida. The Company will lease the courses from Lely Development Corporation (LDC) for a term of approximately thirty-nine years, which commenced on December 15, 1995 and will expire on June 30, 2034.
