OXFORD, Mich., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBC) , announced today the appointment of Angela J. Blackmer to vice president.

Mrs. Blackmer is the senior credit analyst for the Bank's commercial banking department, a position she has held since joining the Bank as an assistant vice president in March of 2006. Her responsibilities include the review of commercial loan requests, analysis of corporate financial statements, personal financial statements, collateral position, and the assignment of credit ratings.
