Syracuse police accused a city man of stalking a 12-year-old girl for more than five city blocks Thursday after the girl's mother gave officers the man's description and license plate, City Court records state.
Kenneth J. Manipole, 24, of 617 Cannon St., was charged with felony stalking and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
The girl, whose name was blacked out in court records, called her mother three times just before noon Thursday to say a man was following her and trying to get her into his car.
The mother met the girl in the 100 block of Douglas Street, court records state. The ...
