Wyke Farms, the UK's largest independent cheese producer and milk processor, has announced the arrival of the company's award-winning farmhouse cheddar and butter in the United States. A traditional family farm set on a rolling 1,500 acres in Somerset, England, the Clothier family has been producing farmhouse cheese and butter from the same family recipe for more than 100 years.
