Dec. 22--Miles L. Marsh, the new chief executive officer and president of James River Corp. in Richmond, is leaving town and taking about 50 employees with him.
In an internal memo sent to employees Wednesday, Marsh revealed a major corporate shake-up designed to put James River's primary business focus -- consumer products -- under one roof.
Unfortunately for Richmond -- home of James River for more than 25 years -- that one roof is in Norwalk, Conn., home of the company's consumer products division.
