Brussels -- Dr Wolfram Frank, formerly of Elastogran, succeeded Mike Jeffs as secretary general of ISOPA the European diisocyanate and polyol producers association--on I April 2008. Jeffs, who has been in the role since August 2002, retired at the end of March.
