Roger Rivera, President and Founder of the National Hispanic Environmental Council (NHEC), and Chair of the National Latino Coalition on Climate Change (NLCCC), is an urbanist. Born in the Bronx and raised in Queens by a Cuban mother and Puerto Rican father, it wasn't until his family moved to Phoenix that he fell in love with the environment.
