His new book, which slams the cries for energy independence as a "Gusher of Lies" might not be what would be expected from an author who has investigated the Enron fiasco in his book Pipe Dreams and the big oil Cronies that helped fuel the rise of the Bush presidencies.
Speaking to Latino Leaders at his Austin home, Bryce says he wrote Gusher of Lies because he came to the conclusion that energy independence was a misguided effort to push for isolation from the rest of the world.
