Article: New transport manager for Bucks.

ONE of the UK's leading support service providers has been awarded a contract to arrange the daily transport for more than 17,000 Bucks residents.

From June 1, Amey plc will manage transport on behalf of the county council.

The signing of the five-year contract marks the end of an 18-month review of the way client transport is delivered.

Its aim was to create a more efficient network of services, whilst maintaining a high-standard.
