LOS ANGELES & NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- B. Riley & Co., LLC today announced that it has successfully represented VXI Technology, Inc. in a majority recapitalization with two private equity firms, Merit Capital Partners, Alerion Capital Group and senior management.
