MT. LAUREL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 1996--JBA International has signed an agreement with IBM Corp. to participate in creating a new methodology of business application construction using object-oriented technology.

The project will be based in Boeblingen, near Stuttgart in Germany. It will deliver subassemblies of business function in application building blocks which can be flexibly configured to produce both standardized and custom application solutions across multiple computing platforms.
