LAS VEGAS -- The International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC) is pleased to announce that 19 shopping center executives have been elected to its board of trustees. The new appointments became official yesterday afternoon during ICSC's annual Meeting of Regular Members, which was held during the ICSC RECon in Las Vegas, Nev.
