SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- The world's premier music event, the 51st Annual GRAMMY([R] )Awards, will air live on CBS at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) from Los Angeles' STAPLES Center on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009, it was announced today by Recording Academy President/CEO Neil Portnow and CBS Executive Vice President, Specials, Music and Live Events, Jack Sussman.
