VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Alco Standard Corporation (NYSE: ASN) today announced an agreement in principle for J.M.M. Enterprises, doing business as Copy Duplicating Products, Inc./CDP Imaging Systems, to merge with Alco. CDP is one of the largest independent office equipment dealer networks in the U.S. with operations in 18 markets across the Midwest and Southwest and approximately $125 million in annual revenue. The terms were not disclosed. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, CDP will become part of the Alco Office Products Group.
