MCLEAN, Va., May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced its appointment as the management company for the new Hilton Garden Inn Blacksburg, VA. The 137 guestroom hotel is under construction and is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2009. The hotel is owned by a joint venture between Alliance Hospitality, a private equity joint venture real estate fund created by Barcelo Crestline Corporation (the parent company of Crestline Hotels & Resorts) and Armada Hoffler, a leading commercial real estate and construction company, along with Bruce Smith Enterprise, LLC.
