Lefty Driesell emerged from the locker room Wednesday night at William and Mary Hall and encountered a group from his old coaching days at Newport News (Va.) High. They were there to cheer him up.
Fat chance.
Driesell's James Madison University basketball team had just tortured him with another defeat, and he was in no mood to reminisce.
``Worst team I've ever been associated with,'' he muttered to the group.
Driesell shook a few hands and managed a few smiles. He promised to attend the April reunion back in Newport News.
Pleasantries aside, this season is tearing up Driesell. The Dukes are 5-15 following Wednesday's 68-51 defeat, losers ...
