ORGANISERS of the 13th annual National Countrysports Fair to be held at Moira Demesne from May 31 to 1 June promise a bigger and better event.
Kune Kune pigs from the Polynesian Islands, pigmy goats, Harry Potteresque Snowy owls and other rare animal and reptile breeds will sit happily alongside the fair's usual guest appearance of horses & hounds and birds of prey in this two day celebration of the best of country life.
New to this year's popular event is a thrilling twice daily show of the 'Knights of the Damned', the top UK medieval jousting team and a sky-scoring aerial acrobat display by the Yakovlevs Air Display team.
